The A55 SATA III 6Gb/s SSD offers an affordable way to upgrade an older computer. Designed as a cost-effective solid-state drive, it replaces mechanical hard drives to reduce boot and application load times while maintaining durability through 3D NAND flash and an original controller. The drive includes SLC cache and DRAM buffer cache to improve write performance and endurance, plus built-in features for data safety such as ECC, S.M.A.R.T. monitoring and bad block management. A free SP Toolbox utility is available for health checks and performance tests.
