Each pan features the Silitherm® universal base for even heat distribution and retention, a wide pouring rim for drip-free serving, and compatibility with all stovetops including induction. The set includes a spatula designed to be safe on the CeraProtect surface. The pans are oven-safe and designed for versatile stovetop-to-oven cooking.
