## Summary description

Hydraulic handbrake Simagic S504 TB‑RS is a hydraulic sim racing handbrake with adjustable pressure for realistic braking feel. Designed for use with sim racing rigs and wheel bases that support external handbrakes, it provides precise control for drifting and rally techniques. The compact unit mounts to rigs or cockpits, improves input fidelity, and enhances driving immersion.

## Long description

Hydraulic handbrake Simagic TB-RS — model S504 is a hydraulic sim racing handbrake engineered to reproduce realistic braking force and pedal feel. The compact unit is intended for installation on sim racing rigs and cockpits and interfaces with wheel bases or control systems that accept an external handbrake input. Adjustable pressure control allows fine tuning of resistance to match driver preference and different drifting or rally techniques, while the robust hydraulic mechanism improves input fidelity for precise lateral control.
Advantages
The Simagic S504 TB-RS offers adjustable hydraulic pressure to emulate a true hydraulic handbrake sensation without relying on purely mechanical springs. Its compact footprint enables mounting in a variety of cockpit layouts, and its solid construction is designed for repeated, high-force use typical of drift and rally practice. The unit enhances analog input resolution compared with basic electronic handbrakes, delivering smoother modulation and more predictable lock-up behavior.
Suitable for
Drift practice and competitions in sim racing environments
Rally and stage driving techniques requiring brief, strong rear locking
Sim racing rigs that support external hydraulic or analog handbrake inputs
Drivers seeking improved modulation and realistic braking feedback
Key specifications
Hydraulic actuation with adjustable pressure control for resistance tuning
Compact form factor for mounting on rigs and cockpits
High-fidelity analog input suitable for precise lateral control
Durable construction for frequent high-force operation
Compatible with wheel bases and control systems that accept external handbrake inputs
How to use
Mount the Simagic S504 TB-RS securely to a rig or cockpit using suitable brackets or mounting points to ensure stable operation during heavy use. Connect the handbrake to your wheel base or control interface following the manufacturer’s connection scheme for external handbrakes. Adjust the hydraulic pressure control to reach the desired resistance and test incrementally in a practice environment, making small adjustments to pressure until the braking feel matches the intended driving technique.
Usage recommendations
For consistent operation, periodically inspect mounting fasteners and hydraulic fittings for tightness and signs of wear. Calibrate handbrake input in the sim software or wheel base settings to ensure full range and linear response. When switching between driving styles, fine-tune the adjustable pressure to balance quick lock-up for drifting and more graduated braking for rally maneuvers.
