SOLARIX Keystone Jack CAT5E UTP (model SXKJ-5E-UTP-BK-NA) is an unshielded black RJ45 keystone designed for CAT5E twisted-pair Ethernet terminations. It provides a compact termination point for patch panels, wall plates and modular sockets and is manufactured to meet international standards ANSI/TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 for category 5E.
Advantages
These keystones are designed for fast and simple termination: they can be punched down using a conventional punch-down tool (boxer) or with a special crimping/punching tool (model SXKJ-NA-BU sold separately) that shortens installation time. The unshielded version is black and includes a dust protection cap; shielded variants have a silver metal shell. Contacts are plated with 50 µ" gold over 100 µ" nickel for reliable conductivity.
