SONOFF SwitchMan Scene Controller R5 is a compact 6-key wireless RF wall switch designed for home automation. It pairs with the eWeLink-Remote gateway to trigger scenes and control SONOFF and compatible devices via three trigger actions (click, double-click, long-press). The R5 can be wall-mounted or used as a handheld remote and works with local RF control when used with the eWeLink-Remote gateway, as well as cloud scenes when internet access is available.
Advantages
The R5 supports single-click, double-click and long-press triggers to assign multiple scene or device actions to each button, enabling flexible control per button or per room. It works locally with devices linked to an eWeLink-Remote gateway up to around 90 m, reducing dependence on cloud connectivity for nearby control. One gateway supports up to 8 R5 controllers. The unit is powered by two CR2032 button cells (included), offers a removable stick-on mounting for wall or handheld use, and comes with 20 button stickers to label functions.
