## Long description

The Stalco 1l roof and facade cleaner is a specialized liquid formula designed for the effective removal of moss, lichen, and green growth from various exterior building surfaces. This cleaning solution helps restore the original clean appearance of roofs, walls, and facades, making it a practical choice for exterior property maintenance. Supplied in a 1-liter container, it is suitable for both professional contractors and homeowners seeking a reliable method to clear unwanted organic buildup from outdoor structures.
Advantages
This cleaner provides a targeted approach to exterior cleaning by actively breaking down organic growth such as moss, lichen, and algae without requiring excessive physical scrubbing. Regular application helps prevent the premature deterioration of roofing materials and exterior walls caused by moisture retention under moss layers. It also serves as an effective preparation step for surfaces that are scheduled to be painted, coated, or sealed, ensuring better adhesion for finishing products.
Suitable for
Cleaning residential and commercial roofs covered in moss or lichen
Removing green growth and algae from building facades and walls
Preparing exterior surfaces before painting, coating, or sealing
Routine outdoor property maintenance by contractors and homeowners
When it may not be suitable
This product may not be effective on heavy structural damage or deep-seated stains that require mechanical repair rather than chemical cleaning. It is also not intended for indoor use or for cleaning delicate interior furnishings and fabrics.
Key specifications
Product type: Roof and facade cleaner
Volume: 1 liter
Target application: Moss, lichen, algae, and green growth removal
Compatible surfaces: Exterior roofs, walls, and building facades
How to use
Apply the liquid cleaner evenly to the dry exterior surface using a sprayer, brush, or roller, ensuring complete coverage of the affected areas with moss or lichen. Allow the product to work according to the specific level of organic growth, letting the active formula penetrate and loosen the buildup. After the required reaction time, rinse the surface thoroughly with water or use a low-pressure washer to remove the dissolved residue and loosened debris.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 1-liter volume is sufficient for the total surface area you intend to clean
Ensure compatibility with the specific roofing or wall material of your building
Check local weather forecasts to apply the product during dry conditions without immediate rain
Prepare appropriate protective gear such as gloves and eyewear during application
Usage recommendations: Always perform a small patch test on an inconspicuous area before full application to check surface compatibility. Wear suitable protective equipment during handling and application, and avoid allowing runoff to enter unmanaged vegetation or water bodies.
