The StarTech RK2433BKM is a freestanding 24U server rack cabinet designed to securely store 19" rack-mount devices such as servers, networking and telecommunications equipment, and A/V components. It supports EIA-310 compliant equipment and a maximum load capacity of 450 kg (992 lb.), and ships fully assembled for immediate deployment.
Advantages
This rack provides adjustable mounting rails that extend from 2" to 30" (76.2 mm–780 mm) to accommodate various mounting depths and allow room for cable and power management behind equipment. Front and rear reversible locking mesh doors offer security while promoting passive airflow. Removable side panels with quick-release locks provide easy access to internal components. The cabinet includes a 1U shelf for non-rackable items or tools, grounding lugs for equipment protection, and comes with a 3 m roll of hook-and-loop cable tie for neat cable routing. Casters are included for mobility and the dimensions fit through standard doorways.

Position the cabinet where you plan to install it; the included casters allow you to roll it through standard doorways and then lock in place for stability. Adjust the mounting rails to the correct depth for your rack-mount equipment (from 2" up to 30") and secure devices using standard rack screws. Route power and network cabling through the roof and floor cable ports and use the supplied hook-and-loop cable tie to bundle and secure cables. Use the grounding lugs to connect cabinet grounding as required by your site regulations. Place non-rackable items on the included 1U shelf.
