StarTech OS2 SC to SC (UPC) 9/125µm simplex fiber optic patch cable, 30 m length, designed for 40G/100G network links. The single-mode OS2 fiber supports CWDM across 1260–1625 nm and provides low attenuation and improved channel isolation for long-reach connections. The cable uses bend-insensitive fiber and comes with a Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant jacket. Each cable is individually tested for insertion loss and supplied with a test report.

The cable offers precision ceramic ferrules and UPC-polished SC connectors for accurate fiber alignment and insertion loss below 0.3 dB. Its bend-insensitive core and low-refractive-index surrounding layer reduce light leakage, improving signal retention on tight routing paths.
