Designed as a freestanding cooking station in black and grey, it provides a wide griddle surface with both a ridged pattern for steaks and fish and a smooth area for sausages and seafood. The unit includes an adjustable thermostat, removable non-stick grill plate for easy cleaning, a hinged (and removable) lid, and a fat collection system for low-fat grilling.
