How to use
To add a new slim drive: remove the mini-bezel (grille) covering drive bay 4 by pulling out the hard drive located beneath the DVD-ROM or floppy bay and then pulling the mini-bezel forward. Fit the slim drive into the bay, connect the supplied backplane and SATA cable to the drive and motherboard, and secure the unit in place according to chassis mounting points.
To replace an existing drive: locate the locking tab at the rear (left side when viewed from the front) of the DVD-ROM or floppy drive. Push the tab toward the drive and slide the drive out through the front of the chassis, then install the replacement using the kit’s backplane and cable.
