It features the updated Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating with 20% more real diamond crystals than the previous HD coating, a magnetic cast-aluminium base for induction compatibility, and an ergonomic rivet-free cooking surface. The pan is oven safe up to 260 °C and has a flat, stable base to prevent tipping, spinning or warping while cooking.
