Swiss Diamond All-purpose pan 26 cm (round) is crafted in Switzerland with an induction-compatible cast aluminium base and a durable black finish. The 26 cm diameter provides ample cooking surface for frying, sautéing and other everyday tasks. The pan features the updated Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating containing 20% more diamond crystals than the previous formulation for improved release and longer wear. Ergonomic handles remain comfortable and cool on the stove and the pan and handles are oven-safe for temperatures up to 500°F (260°C).
