## Long description

TECE TECEprofil drain elbow DN 90 with seal is a plumbing component intended for wastewater routing within TECEprofil installation systems. The elbow provides a DN 90 (90 mm nominal diameter) connection and comes with an integrated sealing gasket to ensure a tight joint between pipe and fixture. It is designed for use in floor and wall drainage assemblies where a DN 90 outlet is required and is compatible with standard DN 90 wastewater pipes and fittings.
Advantages
The product combines a standard DN 90 elbow geometry with an integrated seal to reduce the need for separate sealing materials and to simplify assembly. Its design supports secure, leak-resistant connections and aligns with modular TECEprofil installation frames. The compact form factor facilitates installation in confined spaces within walls or floor voids while maintaining a consistent hydraulic path for wastewater flow.
Suitable for
Floor drainage installations requiring a DN 90 outlet
Wall drainage connections in sanitary and utility rooms
Retrofit and new-build installations using TECEprofil systems
Situations where a sealed, push-fit DN 90 joint is preferred
Key specifications
Nominal diameter: DN 90 (90 mm)
Connection type: elbow for 90° change of direction
Integrated sealing gasket for leak-resistant joint
Compatibility: for use with DN 90 wastewater pipes and TECEprofil drainage assemblies
Suitable for installation in wall and floor drainage setups
How to use
Prepare the DN 90 pipe ends by ensuring they are clean and free of debris. Insert the pipe into the elbow until the integrated gasket seats fully, following the alignment required for the 90° change of direction. Verify that the seal is correctly engaged and that the elbow is supported according to the installation requirements of the surrounding TECEprofil frame or mounting structure. Perform a leak test after completing the connection to confirm a watertight joint.
Usage recommendations
Use appropriate pipe support and securing methods to prevent mechanical stress on the elbow and connected pipes. Follow applicable local plumbing codes and the TECEprofil system installation instructions to ensure correct gradient, access for inspection, and maintenance of the drainage line.
