## Long description

The Techly I-CASE FL-09-BGT 9U wall mounted rack in Grey is a compact 19" cabinet designed for indoor network and telecom equipment organization. It accepts up to 9U of rack-mountable devices, combining horizontal and vertical mounting options to host patch panels, power sockets and other shallow devices while maintaining a small footprint. The cabinet is made for wall mounting, comes fully pre-assembled and features a hardened glass front with key lock and a 180° opening mechanism for controlled access.
Advantages
The cabinet's compact dimensions and relatively low weight make installation and handling straightforward while preserving usable rack space for essential components. Security is provided by a keyed lock and a tempered glass door that allows visual inspection without opening. Integrated cable entry profiles and side ventilation holes improve cable routing and passive airflow. Its IP20 rating and durable construction make it suitable for indoor telecom and networking cabinets where protection from solid objects and organized cable management are required.
Suitable for
Small server rooms, communication closets and office network points
Mounting patch panels, switches and shallow power distribution units
Environments requiring visible equipment access with added security
Wall-mounted installations where floor space is limited
Key specifications
Rack capacity: 9U (combination of 6 horizontal + 3 vertical units)
 Size: 19" compatible
 Dimensions (W x H x D): 537 x 146 x 475 mm
 Weight: 12.138 kg
 Maximum load capacity: 30 kg
 Protection rating: IP20 (indoor use)

How to use
Mount the cabinet securely to a suitable load-bearing wall following local building regulations and using appropriate fixings for the wall material. Plan equipment layout within the 9U capacity before installation, placing heavier items near the bottom and distributing load evenly to stay within the 30 kg maximum. Route cables via the prefabricated cable entry profile and use the side ventilation openings to avoid blocking passive airflow. Use the keyed lock to secure the glass door; it opens to 180° for easy access during cabling and maintenance.
Usage recommendations
For optimal performance, reserve space for airflow and avoid overloading the cabinet beyond its 30 kg rating. Use shallow mounting accessories for the horizontal slots when installing patch panels and ensure cable management accessories are applied to reduce strain on connectors. The IP20 rating indicates suitability for indoor environments free from moisture and excessive dust.
