The AM5 High Performance Heatspreader is an upgraded nickel-plated copper coldplate designed for AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors. It features a diamond-milled precision surface that is 240% larger than the original heatspreader, increasing contact area for improved heat transfer to air and water cooling solutions. The kit includes one AM5 heatspreader, four screws, an angle key, and an insulation sheet.
