The Thermal Grizzly TG-MPE-100-100-15 thermal pad is a silicone-based, modelling-clay-like thermal interface material in a 100 x 100 x 1.5 mm format. With a density of 3.38 g/cm³ and a pink colour, this electrically insulating pad is engineered to provide improved thermal conductivity for components such as voltage regulators and memory ICs. Its soft, malleable consistency enables precise surface shaping and high compression for effective heat transfer. The product is intended for single use due to its clay-like texture.
