Assemble the cooler and apply the required mounting pressure (optimal contact pressure is around 300–400 N) so the material liquefies and spreads to form a thin interface. The phase-change material begins to liquefy above ≈45 °C and reaches stable maximum thermal conductivity after several thermal cycles above 60 °C. If removed, replace with a new pad rather than attempting to reuse a deformed sheet.
Usage recommendations
For best results use on properly cleaned and flat contact surfaces and ensure adequate mounting pressure during assembly. PhaseSheet PTM provides long-lasting performance but will stabilize after about ten thermal cycles above 60 °C. Avoid reuse of the same pad after prolonged operation or visible deformation.
