## Long description

Timemore Fish Pro X 900 ml — Black is an electric pour-over kettle engineered for precise water delivery and temperature-stable brewing. It combines a 900 ml stainless-steel water chamber with a slim gooseneck spout and an electric heating base to deliver repeatable pour-over performance for home baristas and small coffee shops. The design focuses on controlled flow rate, comfortable handling and straightforward operation to support consistent extraction when making pour-over coffee or steeping tea.
Advantages
The kettle offers precise pouring thanks to its narrow gooseneck spout, which enables controlled flow and accurate placement of water over grounds. Electric heating provides a stable, convenient heat source without stovetop dependency, allowing for consistent brewing temperature and quicker preparation. The 900 ml capacity covers multiple cups per session while maintaining manageable weight and balance for steady pours.
Suitable for
Pour-over coffee brewing (V60, Kalita, Chemex and similar drippers)
Manual tea preparation that requires controlled pouring
Home baristas and small cafés seeking consistent pour control
Anyone needing a compact electric kettle for precision pouring
When it may not be suitable
This kettle is optimized for precision pouring rather than high-volume boiling; users who need to boil large quantities of water rapidly for catering or large groups may find the 900 ml capacity limiting. It is designed for pour-over techniques and may not offer the same multi-function convenience as larger, multi-setting kettles with whistles or integrated water filters.
Key specifications
 Capacity: 900 ml
Spout type: Narrow gooseneck for controlled flow
 Power source: Electric base (corded)
Material: Stainless-steel water chamber with heat-resistant handle
 Color: Black
How to use
Fill the kettle with the required amount of water up to the maximum indicated level, place it on the electric base and switch on the power. Allow the water to heat to the desired temperature, then lift the kettle and use the gooseneck spout to pour steadily and precisely over coffee grounds or tea leaves. For pour-over coffee, aim for a slow, circular pouring motion to wet the grounds evenly. After use, unplug the base and let the kettle cool before cleaning and storage.
What to consider before purchase
Required capacity: 900 ml suits small batches; consider larger kettles for high-volume needs
Electrical requirements: corded electric operation — check compatibility with local mains voltage and plugs
Intended use: optimized for pour-over and precision pouring rather than general-purpose large-scale boiling
Usage recommendations
Use filtered water for cleaner taste and less scale buildup, preheat the brewer and vessel for stable extraction, and pour slowly using the gooseneck spout to maintain an even flow. Regularly descale according to local water hardness to preserve heating efficiency and longevity.
