## Long description

The Timemore Crystal Eye 02 Glass Dripper Black is a precision pour-over coffee brewer engineered for manual extraction. Designed for home baristas and specialty coffee enthusiasts, this device features a distinctive crystal structure that promotes optimal water flow and ensures an even extraction for a consistently balanced cup of coffee.
Advantages
The unique ribbed crystal design of the dripper separates the filter paper from the walls, allowing air to circulate freely and preventing the extraction from stalling. This promotes a smoother drawdown and cleaner flavor profile in every brew. Crafted with a heat-resistant glass body and a durable holder, it combines functional performance with aesthetic appeal, making it a reliable tool for daily coffee preparation.
Suitable for
Brewing filter coffee manually using standard cone paper filters
Preparing up to two to four cups of coffee per batch
Home baristas and specialty coffee enthusiasts looking for consistent extraction
Daily use in kitchens or specialized coffee setups
When it may not be suitable
This dripper is not designed for immersion brewing methods or direct heating on a stove. It requires a separate server, a compatible paper filter, and a gooseneck kettle to achieve the best brewing results, making it less ideal for users seeking an all-in-one automated coffee maker.
Key specifications
Brewing method: Manual pour-over extraction
Size: 02 (suitable for multiple cups)
Material: Heat-resistant glass and durable holder
Color: Black
How to use
Place the dripper on top of a suitable coffee server or mug and insert a compatible cone paper filter. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and warm the vessel, then discard the rinse water. Add your desired amount of medium-fine ground coffee into the filter. Pour a small amount of hot water to bloom the coffee for approximately 30 seconds, then proceed with the main pour in steady, concentric circles from the center outward until you reach the target brew weight.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure you have compatible size 02 cone paper filters
A gooseneck kettle is recommended for precise water control during pouring
Consider purchasing a matching coffee server and a digital scale for accurate brewing
Usage recommendations: Pre-heat the glass dripper with hot water before adding the coffee grounds to maintain stable brewing temperatures. Adjust your grind size and water temperature according to your specific coffee beans to achieve the desired extraction balance.
