## Long description

Timemore Crystal Eye 01 is a single-cup pour-over dripper with a ceramic-inspired design that supports controlled manual brewing. Designed to work with standard cone filters, the Crystal Eye 01 focuses on even water distribution and consistent extraction for home use or small cafes. Its transparent material allows visual monitoring of the brew while maintaining the shape and flow characteristics associated with ceramic drippers.
Advantages
The dripper combines a ceramic-style profile with a transparent build, enabling users to observe extraction progress without sacrificing stable flow dynamics. Its single-cup capacity and geometry are tuned for precise control of pour rate and brew time, which helps achieve repeatable cup quality. The unit is compatible with widely available cone filters and is simple to clean and maintain.
Suitable for
Manual single-cup pour-over brewing
Home use where visual monitoring of extraction is desired
Small cafés or tasting stations requiring consistent drip performance
Users who prefer a ceramic-style brewing profile with a lightweight, transparent dripper
Key specifications
Design: ceramic-inspired cone geometry with transparent construction
Capacity: single-cup pour-over volume suitable for 1 serving
Filter compatibility: standard cone-shaped pour-over paper filters
Material characteristics: transparent body for visual brew monitoring
Intended use: manual pour-over, controlled extraction and even flow
How to use
Place a standard cone filter inside the Timemore Crystal Eye 01 and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat the dripper. Add the desired amount of ground coffee for a single cup, then start a controlled pour: begin with a short bloom pour to allow degassing, followed by slow, circular pours to maintain even saturation and extraction. Adjust grind size and pour rate to reach the preferred brew time and cup strength. After brewing, discard the used filter and rinse the dripper to keep it clean.
Usage recommendations
Use medium-fine grind size for balanced extraction and aim for a total brew time typical for single-cup pour-over methods (around 2.5–3.5 minutes, depending on recipe). Pre-wetting the filter and preheating the dripper improve temperature stability and flavor clarity. Clean after each use to prevent residue buildup and preserve consistent flow characteristics.
