## Long description

The Tristar GR-2852 Contact Grill lets you grill sandwiches, meat and vegetables quickly and with less fat. The grill has a stainless steel housing, a 1500 W heating element and an adjustable thermostat, and it can be opened 180° to use as a tabletop grill. The cooking surface measures 27.8 x 17 cm and the grill includes a removable grease tray and non-stick coating for easier cleaning.
Advantages
The GR-2852 features a floating lid that adapts to different thicknesses so thicker ingredients are not flattened and all food is cooked evenly. How to use
Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable 220–240 V outlet. Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature and wait until the indicator light shows the grill is ready. Preheat both plates if required, open the grill up to 180° to use as a tabletop grill or close the lid for contact grilling. Place food on the cooking surface, lower the lid so it rests on the food (the floating lid will adapt to thickness) and cook until done. After use, disconnect the appliance, allow it to cool and remove the grease tray and wipe the non-stick plates with a damp cloth or sponge.
Usage recommendations
