## Long description

The TTPLAST ZPL 37 straight connector is a professional-grade component engineered for the secure and reliable joining of electrical conduit pipes. Designed to maintain the integrity of electrical installation systems, this connector ensures that conduit runs remain stable and protected against external factors. Its robust construction makes it an essential element for organized cable routing, providing a seamless transition between pipe sections in both residential and industrial infrastructure projects.
Advantages
This connector offers exceptional durability and ease of installation, significantly reducing the time required for setting up complex electrical pathways. By providing a tight and secure fit, it prevents accidental disconnections and protects internal wiring from mechanical stress. The high-quality material composition ensures long-term performance, maintaining structural stability even in demanding environments where conduit systems are subject to vibration or physical impact.
Suitable for
Connecting electrical conduit pipes in residential wiring
Industrial electrical infrastructure projects
Organized cable routing in commercial buildings
Maintaining conduit integrity in wall and ceiling installations
When it may not be suitable
This connector is specifically designed for standard electrical conduit pipes and may not be compatible with non-standard pipe diameters or specialized flexible tubing. It is not intended for use in high-pressure fluid transport systems or environments requiring hermetic sealing against liquids or gases.
Key specifications
Type: Straight connector
Application: Electrical conduit pipes
Material: Durable industrial-grade plastic
Compatibility: Standard electrical conduit systems
How to use
To use the TTPLAST ZPL 37, ensure that the conduit pipe ends are cut cleanly and are free of debris. Insert the pipe ends into the connector until they are firmly seated. The design allows for a straightforward push-fit or mechanical connection, ensuring that the conduit remains aligned and secure throughout the installation process. Verify that the connection is stable before pulling cables through the conduit system.
What to consider before purchase
Verify the outer diameter of your conduit pipes matches the connector size
Ensure the material is suitable for your specific installation environment
Check local electrical regulations regarding conduit fittings
Usage recommendations
For optimal results, ensure that the conduit pipes are properly supported along their length to prevent sagging, which could place unnecessary strain on the connector. Always use appropriate tools to cut conduit pipes to ensure a flush fit within the connector.
