## Summary description

The TTPLAST RKSS 25/20 is a flexible corrugated electrical conduit designed for cable protection in electrical installations. Made of durable PVC, this conduit features a 750N compression strength, ensuring reliable mechanical protection for wires. Supplied in a 50m coil, it is suitable for both surface and flush-mounted installations in residential and commercial buildings.

## Long description

The TTPLAST RKSS 25/20 corrugated electrical conduit is a professional-grade solution designed to provide robust protection for electrical wiring in various installation environments. Manufactured from high-quality PVC, this flexible conduit offers excellent mechanical resistance and durability, ensuring that cables remain shielded from external pressures and environmental factors. With a compression strength of 750N, it is engineered to withstand significant loads, making it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial electrical projects.
Advantages
This conduit stands out due to its high flexibility, which allows for easy routing through complex paths and tight corners without the risk of kinking or structural failure. The PVC material provides inherent flame-retardant properties and resistance to moisture, which enhances the safety and longevity of the electrical system. Its lightweight design simplifies handling and installation, while the standardized dimensions ensure compatibility with a wide range of electrical accessories and junction boxes.
Suitable for
Surface-mounted electrical installations in walls and ceilings
Flush-mounted installations within concrete or plaster
Protection of power and data cables in residential buildings
Industrial and commercial electrical wiring projects
When it may not be suitable
This conduit is not intended for use in environments exposed to extreme temperatures exceeding the thermal limits of PVC or in areas with high concentrations of aggressive chemicals that could degrade the material. It is also not suitable for applications requiring high-tensile strength or direct burial in soil without additional protective measures.
Key specifications
Material: Durable PVC
Compression strength: 750N
Outer diameter: 25 mm
Inner diameter: 20 mm
Coil length: 50 meters
Color: Grey
How to use
To use the conduit, uncoil the required length and cut it to size using a standard utility knife or pipe cutter. Feed the electrical wires through the conduit before securing it in place using appropriate mounting clips or clamps. For flush-mounted installations, ensure the conduit is properly fixed within the wall cavity or concrete formwork before applying the finishing material. When routing, avoid sharp bends that could impede the pulling of cables through the conduit.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure the 25mm outer diameter is compatible with your specific cable bundle size
Verify that the 750N compression rating meets the mechanical requirements of your installation site
Confirm the total length required for your project to minimize waste
Check local building codes regarding the use of PVC conduits in specific fire-rated zones
Usage recommendations
For optimal performance and safety, always use compatible connectors and junction boxes designed for corrugated conduits. Avoid overfilling the conduit to ensure ease of cable installation and to prevent heat buildup within the wires.
