## Summary description

TTPLAST ZRPS-UV is a single-socket 90° elbow fitting for Ø32 pipes, designed for connecting plastic pipes at right angles. Made for ease of installation, the black elbow provides a secure joint for fluid or drainage systems where a compact right-angle connection is required. Suitable for use in plumbing, drainage, and outdoor installations where UV resistance is specified by model name.

## Long description

TTPLAST ZRPS-UV single-socket elbow for pipes Ø32 90° in black is a compact plastic fitting engineered to join two Ø32 pipes at a right angle. The product is intended for fluid-carrying or drainage systems where a stable, leak-resistant 90° connection is required. The black color and the model designation indicating UV resistance make it suitable for installations with occasional or prolonged sun exposure.
Advantages
This single-socket elbow offers straightforward push-fit installation and a compact footprint that minimizes space requirements in tight assemblies. Its plastic construction reduces weight and corrosion risk compared with metal alternatives. The UV-resistant design improves durability when used outdoors or in exposed locations, while the uniform socket diameters simplify pipe insertion and sealing.
Suitable for
Connecting Ø32 plastic pipes at a 90° angle in plumbing systems
Drainage and wastewater routing in domestic and light commercial applications
Outdoor pipe runs or exposed installations where UV resistance is needed
Compact or constrained spaces requiring a low-profile elbow
Key specifications
 Connection type: single-socket elbow
Pipe compatibility: designed for Ø32 pipes
 Angle: 90° right-angle joint
Material: durable plastic suitable for plumbing and drainage
Color: black (UV-resistant formulation as indicated by model)
Application environment: indoor and outdoor use where UV exposure may occur
How to use
Ensure both pipe ends are cut square, clean, and free of debris before assembly. Insert each Ø32 pipe fully into the sockets until they reach the stop to form the 90° joint. Depending on the pipe type and system requirements, apply the appropriate sealing method—such as a compatible solvent weld, push-fit gasket, or sealing compound—following the pipe and sealant manufacturers' instructions. Verify alignment and test the joint under working pressure or flow conditions to confirm a secure connection.
Usage recommendations
For best results, store the fitting away from prolonged direct sunlight before installation and confirm compatibility with the specific pipe material in use. When used outdoors, periodic inspection is recommended to check seals and connections, especially where temperature cycles or mechanical stress may occur.
