## Long description

Uprint UOD611 is a compact cross-cut paper shredder designed to destroy sensitive documents in small offices and home workspaces. The device accepts up to 6 sheets per pass and produces cross-cut particles, offering a higher level of document confidentiality compared with strip-cut shredders. With a small footprint and straightforward controls, the Uprint UOD611 is intended for occasional to light daily use to reduce paper volume and protect personal or business information.
Advantages
The cross-cut mechanism provides improved security by slicing paper into smaller particles rather than long strips, reducing the risk of information recovery. Its capacity to handle up to six sheets per pass enables faster processing of small batches of documents. The unit’s compact design and easy operation make it suitable for placement on or near a desk without occupying much space. Maintenance is simplified by a removable waste bin that allows quick disposal of shredded material.
Suitable for
 Home office document disposal
Small business desks and reception areas
Shredding receipts, letters, and non-continuous paper stacks
 Short-term or occasional shredding tasks
Key specifications
 Shredding type: cross-cut (particle-style)
Max sheets per pass: up to 6 sheets
Intended use: light office and home use
 Form factor: compact, desktop-friendly design
Collection method: internal removable waste bin
How to use
Plug the shredder into a standard power outlet and place it on a stable, level surface. Remove any staples or large clips if instructed by the manufacturer, then insert up to six sheets of paper into the feed slot. Feed documents straight and avoid forcing thicker stacks to prevent jams. Empty the removable waste bin regularly to maintain performance and prevent overflow. Refer to the included user manual for any model-specific safety instructions and cleaning guidance.
Usage recommendations
For reliable operation, use the Uprint UOD611 with single-sided or double-sided paper within the stated sheet capacity and avoid shredding materials not recommended by the manufacturer (such as thick cardboard or continuous feed paper). Periodically check the cutting head for paper residue and empty the waste bin before it becomes full to reduce the risk of jams. Keep the unit away from moisture and ensure children cannot access the feed slot during operation.
