## Long description

The ColorMatic High Gloss 2K Hi-Speed Clear Lacquer 500ml by Usorteret is a high-performance two-component clear coat designed for fast and durable automotive and surface refinishing. Presented in a convenient 500ml aerosol format, this lacquer delivers a brilliant, deep glossy finish while ensuring exceptional resistance to chemicals, weathering, and UV radiation. It is engineered for professional touch-ups, spot repairs, and complete clear coat applications where efficiency and a superior visual outcome are required.
Advantages
This 2K hi-speed clear lacquer stands out due to its significantly reduced drying time, which accelerates workflow in professional painting environments without compromising quality. The aerosol delivery system ensures a fine, even spray pattern that mimics a professional spray gun, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and high-gloss surface. Additionally, the cured lacquer provides robust protection against petrol, chemicals, and environmental factors, ensuring long-lasting clarity and preventing yellowing over time.
Suitable for
Automotive spot repairs and touch-ups on painted surfaces
Partial and full clear coating of car body parts
Refinishing motorcycle components and helmets
Applying a protective, high-gloss layer over various primed or painted metallic and plastic substrates
When it may not be suitable
This product may not be suitable for applications requiring traditional single-component coatings or low-temperature curing environments where specific pot-life constraints cannot be managed. It is also not intended for non-porous surfaces that lack proper preparation or priming, as adhesion may be compromised.
Key specifications
Volume: 500ml
Format: Aerosol spray can
Finish: High gloss
Type: 2K (two-component) hi-speed clear lacquer
Brand: Usorteret
How to use
Before application, ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from grease, dust, and rust. Activate the two-component system by releasing the hardener mechanism located in the base of the can according to the manufacturer instructions, then shake vigorously for several minutes. Apply the lacquer in multiple thin coats, maintaining a recommended spraying distance of approximately 15 to 20 centimeters. Allow sufficient flash-off time between coats to achieve an optimal flow and a flawless high-gloss appearance.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the intended application requires a two-component clear coat with fast-drying properties
Ensure proper personal protective equipment, including a respirator and ventilation, is available during use
Note that once the 2K system is activated, the aerosol has a limited pot life and must be used completely
Usage recommendations: For best results, use within the recommended temperature range and ensure adequate ventilation in the working area. Always test the spray pattern and compatibility on a sample surface before applying directly to the final workpiece.
