Vallejo 70.913 is a matt, opaque acrylic paint in a water-based formula designed for brush application. It contains a high pigment concentration to provide strong coverage and a homogenous, self-leveling finish. The Model Color range offers basic shades and specialist tones for historical figures, vehicles, aircraft and military modelling; it also includes glazes, transparent and fluorescent colours for special effects.
