## Summary description

Verk ORION 832368 is a 16 cm white sink strainer designed to catch food debris and prevent drain clogs. Equipped with suction cups for stable placement, it fits most round drains and facilitates easy removal and cleaning. Suitable for kitchen sinks, utility sinks and food prep areas where simple debris filtration is needed.

## Long description

The Verk ORION 832368 white sink strainer is a 16 cm circular filter designed to retain food particles and reduce the risk of clogged drains. Made for straightforward placement in round kitchen and utility sinks, this strainer features integrated suction cups that secure it to the sink surface for stable performance during dishwashing and food preparation. Its open design allows water to pass while catching solids, and the removable basket simplifies emptying and cleaning.
Advantages
This sink strainer combines a compact 16 cm diameter with a low-profile shape that fits most standard round drains without altering sink function. The suction cups ensure the strainer stays in place during use, preventing accidental shifts and making it easier to collect debris. The white finish provides a neutral appearance that blends with many sink styles, and the removable design supports quick cleaning and maintenance.
Suitable for
Kitchen sinks for everyday dishwashing and food prep
Utility or laundry sinks where small solids need to be filtered
Temporary protection of drains during cooking or cleaning tasks
When it may not be suitable
This strainer is intended for light to moderate household debris such as food scraps and small particles. It is not designed to trap very fine sediments like coffee grounds or heavy grease that can pass through the openings or accumulate on the strainer surface. It may also not provide a perfect seal on highly uneven or unusually shaped drain rims.
Key specifications
Diameter: 16 cm
Color: white
Shape: circular, low profile
Attachment: multiple suction cups for temporary fixation
Material characteristics: smooth, easy-to-clean surface suitable for food-contact areas
How to use
Place the strainer over the round drain so that the suction cups make contact with the sink surface. Press gently to engage the suction cups and secure the unit. During use, discard accumulated debris from the removable basket into a trash container and rinse the strainer under running water. For routine cleaning, remove any trapped particles and wash with warm soapy water; allow to dry before reapplying to the drain.
What to consider before purchase
Confirm the strainer diameter (16 cm) is compatible with your sink and drain opening.
Assess whether suction-cup fixation is suitable for your sink surface material and shape.
Consider whether you need a finer mesh for very small particles or a sturdier model for heavy-duty use.
Usage recommendations
Regularly empty the strainer basket to prevent odors and buildup. Clean with mild detergent and avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface or reduce suction-cup effectiveness.
