The VIRTUOS HT-310A long range CCD reader is a handheld barcode scanner designed for extended-distance reading up to 0.5 m. Supplied with a stand and a 1.8 m cable, the scanner reads 1D barcodes from various surfaces, including transparent packaging and displays. The device features increased sensitivity for very small codes, robust ABS-and-rubber housing tested to withstand drops from up to 1.5 m, and a USB interface that can emulate both a keyboard and a serial (RS-232) port for easy integration with POS systems, terminals and PCs.
