## Long description

The Goobay High-Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet Soft Series 80720 is engineered for seamless digital audio and video signal transmission between modern entertainment and office devices. Designed with a flexible soft structure, this cable provides reliable connectivity for high-definition displays, monitors, televisions, and gaming consoles without compromising on durability or performance. It integrates Ethernet connectivity into the HDMI link, allowing compatible devices to share an internet connection.
Advantages
The flexible soft design of the Goobay High-Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet Soft Series 80720 ensures easy routing in tight spaces and behind entertainment centers without placing undue stress on device ports. Its high-speed capability supports pristine transmission of high-definition video and multi-channel audio formats. The integrated ethernet channel reduces cable clutter by combining network and video data transmission into a single connection, while the robust build quality maintains signal integrity over regular use.
Suitable for
Connecting gaming consoles to televisions or monitors
Linking desktop computers or laptops to external displays
Setting up home entertainment systems with networked components
Office workstation installations involving multiple display devices
When it may not be suitable
This cable may not be the optimal choice for ultra-long-distance installations where specialized active or fiber optic HDMI solutions are required to prevent signal degradation. Additionally, users requiring HDMI 2.1 specific features such as 8K resolution at high refresh rates or variable refresh rate technologies for advanced gaming should look for dedicated Ultra High Speed HDMI cables.
Key specifications
High-Speed HDMI cable type with integrated Ethernet channel
Flexible soft outer jacket for enhanced cable management
Supports digital audio and video signal transmission
Compatible with standard HDMI ports on monitors, TVs, and gaming consoles
How to use
Power off the devices you intend to connect before plugging in the cable to prevent potential electrostatic discharge or port damage. Insert one end of the Goobay High-Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet Soft Series 80720 into the HDMI output port of your source device, such as a computer, media player, or console. Connect the opposite end into the HDMI input port of your television, monitor, or display. Power on your equipment and select the corresponding HDMI input channel on your display settings to establish the connection.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your devices feature standard HDMI ports
Check the required cable length for your specific setup to ensure proper reach without excessive slack
Confirm that your display and source devices match the performance capabilities of a standard High-Speed HDMI connection
Always route the cable carefully to avoid sharp bends or pinching, which can damage the internal conductors and affect signal transmission over time.
