The Wera 1460 ESD Single Precision Screwdriver is a compact torque-controlled tool designed for precision screwdriving on electrostatically sensitive components. The tool comes factory-set to the lowest torque value and offers a compact handle with an interchangeable blade system compatible with 4 mm Halfmoon (Wera series 9) and 4 mm HIOS (Wera series 21) drives. The screwdriver is ESD-safe with electrical surface resistance ≤ 10^9 ohms and is manufactured according to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Advantages
The screwdriver provides a tamper-proof preset torque with a clearly audible and tactile signal when the set torque is reached and repeatability of the set torque is guaranteed. The Kraftform Micro handle includes a rotating cap and free-turning zone for rapid turning, plus a power zone with soft zones for efficient transmission of tightening and loosening torques. Rapid bit fixing enables automatic locking by simply pushing the bit into the holder; removal is done by pushing the sleeve forward.
