## Long description

1x stainless steel braising pan Ø 28 cm with one glass lid Ø 28 cm. Designed for use on stovetops with a cooking zone of Ø 22 cm and compatible with all heat sources including induction. The pan is made from Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel with a Durit® Select Pro non-stick coating and features the TransTherm-Allherdboden® patented base for even heat distribution and improved heat retention. Wide pouring rim and ergonomic stainless steel handle. Cleaning by hand-wash. Developed in Germany.
