The helmet is delivered as a single unit and is intended for hobby and professional users who require reliable basic protection.
Advantages
The helmet features a TRUE COLOR self-darkening filter that enables observation of the welding arc in natural colors while providing UV/IR protection at DIN 16. The filter is certified in optical class 1/1/1/1 and offers a large viewing area of 100 x 97 mm. A polycarbonate outer glass protects the filter from splinters. The unit includes four arc sensors and electronics tuned to detect TIG arcs from 5 A. Power is provided by a solar cell with a replaceable CR2450 battery.
