## Long description

The ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE Rectangular Grey Transparent set contains three borosilicate glass vacuum containers in small, medium and large sizes. Designed to work with the ZWILLING vacuum pump (sold separately, item 36801-000-0), these stackable containers preserve food up to five times longer than non-vacuum storage. They are freezer-, microwave- (without vacuum seal) and dishwasher-safe; the glass is ovenproof without the lid up to 180°C and can be used for serving at the table.
Advantages
Vacuum sealing locks in flavour, aromas and vitamins, extending freshness. Borosilicate glass provides thermal resistance and a neutral surface that does not retain odours. The containers are stackable to save space and come in three sizes to accommodate meals, lunches or snacks. The system is compatible with vacuum bags and enables sous-vide cooking or fast marinating when used with the vacuum pump.

How to use
Fill a container to the desired level, close the lid and position the valve. Dock the ZWILLING vacuum pump (sold separately) onto the valve and press the button; the pump extracts the air and stops automatically when an adequate vacuum is reached. For microwave use, release the vacuum seal before heating. For oven use, remove the lid and ensure the glass temperature limit (180°C) is not exceeded. After use, lids and glass can be washed in the dishwasher.
Usage recommendations
Use the vacuum pump compatible with the FRESH & SAVE system (item 36801-000-0) for proper sealing. Do not use lids in the oven and avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock to the glass.
