Service of lifting and bringing the order into the room

Do you need to deliver a bulky order to your floor? Bring it into the room? Not a problem!
If you don’t have the opportunity to pick up and deliver your order to the necessary facility on your own, then for an additional fee you can order delivery to the room. Delivery service staff will help you inspect the order for possible external flaws and defects. If necessary, they can help resolve issues related to the return of the order. Please note that the delivery service with delivery to the room is carried out only on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 and does not include the connection and configuration of equipment.

Oversized goods delivery

Large sized orders – orders in which the total weight exceeds 10Kg or 150Cm in size (width, height, length).
If the order has been separated into smaller deliveries but at least one of the packages fits this description, then the whole order counts as a large sized order.
Large sized orders are never delivered for free and their cost is calculated by a different formula.

Need a gift wrap

Do you wish to turn your order into a gift? We can place your order in a gift bag (for small items) or wrap it in gift wrapping paper (for medium sized packages). The colorful wrapping will bring a smile to the face of the person receiving the order!

Need private packaging

Checkout and want to keep it a secret? No problem! We can wrap your items in a opaque black film that will not let the ones close to you know what you have ordered.

Assemble the product from the ordered parts

You are ordering parts, from which we can assemble the finished product. If you require assembly, please, order this service as well. The computer building service adds 2-3 days to your delivery time.

Yes. If you are unable to carry your order inside your house, we can do it for you, for an extra fee.

My order contains large or heavy items. Do I have to pay extra for delivery?

Yes. In cases, where, the order contains large or heavy items, you will be required to pay for a large sized order delivery.

I want my order to be left at my door with no contact with others. Is this possible?

If you wish to receive your order without contact then we advise you to choose delivery to a parcel station. In cases where the delivery is handled by a courier or a delivery point it is not possible to receive your order without contact.

How do I check my order when receiving it from a courier or at a delivery point?

First of all check the delivery box. It has to be in perfect condition. After that open it and check to see if all the items you ordered are inside and that none of them have deformations.

In case some items are missing or the box has been torn:
Fill out a form for a torn box or missing items and send it to us by email.
The situation can be solved faster if you have any photo or video evidence of the unboxing or torn packaging. For video materials we recommend that you upload them to a cloud like Google Drive and send us a link.

How to receive free delivery?

Free delivery can be acquired by placing an order for a specific sum or by using a promo code. Promo codes can be received through our newsletters by email.

You will be able to receive your order as soon as its status is changed to "Ready for pickup"
In order to receive your order, you will need to provide your order number.
Orders can be collected on weekdays from 09:00 to 19:00.
The parcel must be picked up within 5 days of receiving the SMS.

Express courier delivery

The order is sent on the next working day after its status changes to "Ready for pickup"
Please be sure to carefully check the information you submit - the goods will be delivered to the address that you specified in the order.
After ordering, a shop manager will contact you in order to clarify the time and place of delivery.
The goods are delivered only to the entrance of the building– additional fees apply for delivery beyond the entrance! If upon delivery of the goods, you have no means of bringing them up to the office or apartment, we kindly request that you inform us beforehand.

Delivery to Venipak parcel machines

Orders are delivered from 1 to 3 working days from the moment its status is changed to "Ready for delivery".
This delivery method can only be used if you have paid for the order with a bank transfer or on-line with the help of a bank card.
The size of the parcel may not exceed 39.5cm x 41cm x 61cm, the maximum weight of the package must not exceed 30 kg..
The parcel must be picked up within 5 days of receiving the SMS.

Delivery via Venipak Pickup punkts service

Orders are delivered from 1 to 3 working days from the moment its status is changed to "Ready for delivery".
