When paying for the goods and services provided by the VS PRO website, we may collect and process the following information:

• Your bank account number;
• the name of the banking institution;
• Your phone number;
• E-mail address.

We do not receive information about Your bank's payment card and it is not processed.

In regards to the completion of the leasing questionnaire on the VS PRO Ltd, company Website in accordance with Section 4, Clause 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation, We are considered to be the personal data processors for the respective leasing company.

By completing the Leasing Questionnaire, you confirm that all information indicated in the application for credit is true and true to reality, and confirm that you are aware and agree that your data will be received and processed by the following companies:

You agree and confirm that:

• the designated credit institutions will receive, process and store all personal data in the application, including electronically, to evaluate your personal credit rating and provide services (conclusion of a loan agreement);
• You have obtained the consent of the persons specified in the application for data processing and storage, also in electronic form;
• You authorize the relevant credit institutions to, without additional consent, receive, send and check all submitted data in any database or registry, which is permitted by the legislator the right to disclose information to third parties with the aim to assess solvency, including the Latvian Bank credit register, the State Revenue Service, licensed company debt repayment history data base Creditreform Latvia Ltd, Paus Consults Ltd, the debtor and the Maintenance guarantee Fund registry database, the Office of Citizenship and migration Affairs, the Population register and / or using a data-verification through a third party.

The necessary personal data for drawing up the leasing contract are transferred to the leasing company's servers in an encrypted form, using SSL standards, and after processing the order are deleted from the company Website and VS PRO does not retain them, with the exception of data relevant to the processing of payment and as such included in the company's accounting records.

We use the information which We collect about you to:

• sell our goods and services — performance of a contract;
• properly process and deliver your order — performance of a contract;

Your order history remains available in your account until the account is deleted.

The personal data necessary for the leasing contract is transferred to the leasing company's servers in an encrypted form using the SSL standard, and after the order is processed, they are deleted from the company servers and VS PRO does not retain them, with the exception of data relevant to processing of payment and as such included in the company's accounting records.

In order to protect your personal data, we utilize all the features of our service provider, including constant physical protection against unauthorized access and encryption throughout the day.

The security of our site is ensured through the following, as well as other means:

• encryption of data transmission using the SSL standard;
• personal data is stored on servers in encrypted form;
• the data of a completed order (delivered, cancelled or returned) is not publicly accessible and is available to You only after logging in to your account;
• access to personal information and data is limited and only possible to selected and authorized VS PRO Ltd. employees using 2FA (Two-factor Authentication) and SSH private key authentication;
• Data Centre employees do not have physical and / or remote access to our Website servers;
• 24-hour physical security of the facility and existing entry restrictions;
• 24-hour video surveillance of the data centre;
• biometric entry control with two factor authentication.

Your data may be transferred to a third party - a leasing company only in cases where you wish to use the services of the leasing company, by drawing up an order and filling out an appropriate form on our Website.

Third parties may also include data centers, support services, delivery services, cloud storage services, etc. Personal data controllers that help us provide you with services. Whatever the case, only the amount of data necessary for the execution of a specific task or the provision of a particular service is transferred to the data controllers. If you use the Website features based on artificial intelligence (for example, a question about a product or a product comparison), the text of your request and product data are transferred to Google Ireland Limited or to OpenAI OpCo, LLC, depending on which service handles the request, in order to generate a response. Your account or device identifiers are not transferred.

Personal data may be transferred to the competent authorities of the state and government, including law enforcement authorities such as the police or other supervisory authorities, but only if necessary and in accordance with the legal procedures specified in regulatory enactments.

VS PRO does not transfer personal data to third countries, except for the cases described in sections 8 and 10 of this Policy. When using Google services (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI services, as well as the Website features based on artificial intelligence, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by the following companies: Google Ireland Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and OpenAI OpCo, LLC. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of the data transfer mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The personal and other user data is only issued on the basis of a legitimate request.

After execution your name, email address, phone number and other personal account data are irreversibly replaced with anonymized values. Access to the account and to the order history is closed permanently and the action cannot be undone.
