1. Online orders operator
An online order operator is the person who turns a regular purchase into a smooth and pleasant customer experience. Their mission is to connect customers with all internal processes of the store. Every order goes through their hands: data verification, detail clarification, and full tracking through all stages. They help customers feel cared for, confident that their order is under control, and that AiO.lv is a reliable place to shop. This role combines attentiveness, calmness, and the ability to solve issues quickly. The operator is the voice and face of the store — the one who makes the service warm and human-centered.
Responsibilities
- Process customers’ online orders;
- Monitor order progress at all stages;
- Communicate with customers via email and phone;
- Verify data accuracy and resolve issues;
- Work with AiO.lv internal IT systems.
Requirements
- Accuracy, attentiveness, and responsibility;
- Basic computer skills;
- Willingness to learn quickly;
- Clear communication skills (LV and RU required, EN is a plus);
- Friendliness and stress resistance.

2. Warehouse employee
A warehouse employee is the person who ensures the smooth and stable operation of the entire store. Their mission is to receive goods in an organized manner, maintain order, and prepare orders accurately and on time so that customers receive their purchases in perfect condition. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, order, and an active work environment. The warehouse is the heart of e-commerce: this is where delivery speed, packing accuracy, and service quality begin. The employee’s attentiveness and responsibility directly affect the customer’s first impression when receiving their order.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, sorting and placing goods;
- Preparing orders for shipment;
- Working with barcode scanners / handheld terminals;
- Participation in inventory counts;
- Maintaining order in the warehouse.
Requirements
- Understanding of warehouse processes;
- Willingness to perform physical tasks;
- Accuracy, work speed and discipline.

3. B2B Account Manager

This role requires diplomacy, competence, and the ability to think several steps ahead. The manager builds trust, strengthens relationships, and shapes AiO.lv’s image as a reliable technological partner. Their work is to reinforce the company’s reputation among corporate clients and develop mutually beneficial projects.
Responsibilities
- Working with corporate clients: from first contact to order processing;
- Preparation of commercial proposals;
- Selecting equipment and finding solutions tailored to business needs;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with partners;
- Maintaining internal documentation, CRM, and reports.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage;
- Ability to conduct professional business correspondence;
- Communication skills, diplomacy, and accuracy;
- Fluent LV/RU language skills — required; EN — preferred;
- Willingness to grow in the e-commerce and B2B field.
