The ACT DisplayPort Active Optical Cable (AOC) AK4030 combines multimode optical fiber and copper conductors to transmit DisplayPort signals over long distances with minimal signal loss. This 10-meter cable features male DisplayPort connectors on both ends and supports DisplayPort 1.2a features, making it suitable for connecting monitors, projectors, graphics cards and other DisplayPort-equipped devices where a reliable long-reach connection is required.

The hybrid cable design uses optical fiber for the main video/data path and copper for AUX and hot-plug channels, enabling transmission up to 100 m in the product family while maintaining high bandwidth.
