The 1717L 17" touch monitor is designed for continuous public use with a rugged "built for touch" construction and a slim, modern appearance. It features a 1280 x 1024 resolution LCD panel with LED backlighting, 5 ms response time, 800:1 typical contrast ratio and USB connectivity. Available touch technologies include AccuTouch five-wire resistive, IntelliTouch surface acoustic wave and iTouch pure glass surface acoustic wave. An optional user-installable 3-track magnetic stripe reader (MSR) can be programmed for HID or Keyboard Emulation.
