The drive integrates enhanced power-loss data protection that uses on-board capacitance to complete pending writes in case of unexpected power loss, hardware-level AES encryption to secure data at rest, and end-to-end data protection to maintain data integrity between the host and NAND. Built-in temperature monitoring with logging via SMART helps track device and airflow temperature. Intel Rapid Start and Smart Response technologies support faster resume from hibernate and hybrid acceleration scenarios. Remote Secure Erase enables administrators to securely wipe the SSD remotely for redeployment.
