How to use

Begin by inserting the INTIMICHIC Pelvis Health I without any additional weight into the vagina in the same manner as a tampon. The device is retained by passive pelvic floor muscle contraction or minimal active contraction; remain standing or moving for 15 minutes while keeping the device in place. Do not sit or rest during the exercise. As the device naturally descends, a reflex contraction of the pelvic floor muscles is triggered, providing targeted physical therapy. Continue daily sessions until retention becomes comfortable.

When ready, add the smallest weight ball included in the pack by opening the protective screw cap and inserting the ball, then repeat the 15-minute session. Progressively increase the weight step by step as you gain strength, following the sequence of included weights. Total duration to complete all steps varies by individual; typical improvement appears within 1–4 months when following the routine consistently.

Usage recommendations

Do not exceed the recommended daily therapy time of 15 minutes to avoid muscle fatigue. Maintain hygiene by cleaning with pH-neutral soap and warm water or the INTIMICHIC Special Cleaner; store in the included satin pouch.
