The StarTech.com USB Extender 4-Port USB 2.0-Over-Cat5-or-Cat6 130ft (USB2004EXTV) enables you to connect up to four USB 2.0 devices to a host computer over a single Cat5 or Cat6 Ethernet cable, extending USB connections up to 130 ft (40 m). The compact transmitter and receiver units are designed for workspace flexibility and support USB 2.0 data rates while remaining backward compatible with USB 1.1 and 1.0 peripherals. The kit includes LAN (RJ-45) and USB cables, operates from 100–240V input, and has a maximum power consumption of 10 W.
