It connects via USB and features a full-size soft-coated hand rest, a 6-degrees-of-freedom (6DoF) sensor for intuitive navigation, and 15 fully programmable function buttons. The device includes an On-Screen Display and Intelligent Function Keys that adapt to the active application, and is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

Advantages

SpaceMouse Pro provides precise and natural control of digital models and camera positions using the patented 6DoF controller cap, while the full-size hand rest increases comfort during extended use. How to use

Connect the SpaceMouse Pro to a free USB port and install the 3Dconnexion driver for your operating system. Place your hand on the soft-coated hand rest and operate the 6DoF controller cap by pushing, pulling, twisting or tilting to pan, zoom and rotate models or camera views. Use the programmable function buttons, Intelligent Function Keys and QuickView Keys to access frequently used commands, standard views and keyboard modifiers without moving to the keyboard. The On-Screen Display shows the current assignments for the Intelligent Function Keys.

Usage recommendations

For best results install the latest 3Dconnexion software, assign frequently used commands to the programmable buttons and use the hand rest to maintain a neutral wrist position during extended sessions.
