ABICOR BINZEL ABIPLAS CUT 70 Long Plasma Nozzle 1.1mm 30-50A
The ABICOR BINZEL ABIPLAS CUT 70 long plasma nozzle is a precision-engineered consumable designed specifically for high-performance plasma cutting torches. Featuring a 1.1 mm orifice diameter, this component is optimized for stable operation within a 30-50A current range, ensuring consistent arc quality and reliable performance during demanding metalworking tasks. By maintaining precise gas flow and electrical conductivity, this nozzle helps achieve clean, accurate cuts while protecting the integrity of the torch head.
This long plasma nozzle offers exceptional durability and heat resistance, which are critical for maintaining consistent cutting results over extended periods of use. Its design facilitates a focused plasma arc, reducing the width of the kerf and minimizing dross formation on the workpiece. By utilizing genuine ABICOR BINZEL components, operators can ensure optimal compatibility with their plasma cutting systems, leading to reduced downtime and improved overall efficiency in industrial cutting environments.
This nozzle is not intended for use with plasma torches outside of the ABIPLAS CUT 70 series or systems requiring different orifice diameters. It is also not suitable for cutting operations that exceed the specified 50A current limit, as this may lead to premature wear or damage to the consumable.
To install the nozzle, ensure the plasma torch is disconnected from the power source and the air supply is turned off. Carefully unscrew the existing nozzle from the torch head and inspect the electrode and swirl ring for signs of wear. Thread the new 1.1 mm nozzle onto the torch head, ensuring it is tightened securely but not overtightened. Once installed, reconnect the power and air supply, and perform a test cut on scrap material to verify the arc stability and cut quality before proceeding with your primary project.
Regularly inspect the nozzle orifice for signs of blockage or erosion to maintain optimal cutting performance. Replace the nozzle immediately if you notice a degradation in cut quality or arc instability to prevent damage to the torch body.
