Tent Acra ST06 3-person double-layer camping tent, model 05-ST06
Acra ST06 3-person double-layer camping tent, model 05-ST06 is a compact two-wall shelter designed for outdoor recreation and travel. The tent separates an inner sleeping area from an outer flysheet to provide improved protection from wind and rain while allowing better ventilation. Its layout and capacity suit small groups or families needing a lightweight, easy-to-pitch shelter for weekend trips, hiking stops and short excursions.
The double-layer construction reduces condensation inside the inner tent by providing an air gap between the inner sleeping chamber and the outer flysheet. A dedicated vestibule area increases usable space for gear without exposing the sleeping area to the elements. The tent’s size and geometry balance interior space and packability, making it practical for carrying on short hikes or storing in a car. Materials and seam positions are designed to offer reasonably robust weather resistance for typical camping conditions.
Choose a flat, debris-free camping spot and lay out the tent footprint. Assemble poles according to their marked connectors and insert them into the tent sleeves or clips to raise the inner tent. Secure the inner tent to the ground with the provided pegs. Drape the outer flysheet over the tent, align the vestibule and fasten any buckles or toggles to join inner and outer layers. Stake out the flysheet and adjust guy lines to maintain tension and improve weather resistance. Ventilation can be adjusted by opening or closing vestibule zippers and inner vents as conditions require.
For prolonged wet conditions, ensure all seams are properly sealed and guy lines are tensioned to avoid water pooling. Store wet tent parts separately when packing to dry after use. When using on wind-exposed sites, orient the tent so the smallest profile faces prevailing winds and reinforce stakes and guy lines.
