AV receiver ACT AC7850
The ACT AC7851 HDMI over IP Receiver is designed to be used together with the ACT AC7850 HDMI over IP Extender set. It receives HDMI signals transmitted over a local IP network and supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (1080p) at 60 Hz. The receiver includes an integrated mounting bracket and an IR receiver for remote control of connected A/V equipment. It uses HDMI 1.4a and requires a 5V power supply. The compact black housing and lightweight design make it suitable for installation in home entertainment or small commercial AV setups.
This receiver enables HDMI signal extension over an existing IP network up to distances supported by your network infrastructure, preserving full 1080p @ 60Hz quality. The built-in mounting bracket simplifies installation and the included IR receiver allows remote control of the connected device. HDMI 1.4a wired connectivity ensures compatibility with many HDMI sources and displays. The unit is compact and lightweight, facilitating discreet placement.
Connect the AC7851 receiver to a display or AV device using an HDMI cable and connect it to your local IP network. Power the unit with a compatible 5V power supply. Use the corresponding AC7850 transmitter from the HDMI over IP extender set to send the HDMI signal over the network to this receiver. Position and fix the receiver using the integrated mounting bracket, and pair or configure devices on the same network according to the extender set instructions. Use the front IR receiver to control the source device remotely if required.
For reliable performance at 1080p @ 60Hz, use a stable wired Ethernet network and quality HDMI cables. Ensure both transmitter and receiver are on the same local network and follow the AC7850/AC7851 user manual for network configuration and firmware updates.
