Description

The ACT Foldable Laptop Stand Aluminium Dark Grey is a portable accessory designed to enhance your daily computing experience. Crafted from durable dark grey aluminium, this stand provides a stable platform while improving device ergonomics and cooling performance. Its slim, lightweight, and foldable construction makes it an ideal companion for both office environments and mobile lifestyles.

Advantages

This aluminium laptop stand features six adjustable viewing positions to help reduce neck and back strain by elevating your screen to a comfortable eye level. The open structure promotes maximum airflow around your portable computer, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and preventing overheating during intensive tasks. Integrated non-slip rubber pads keep your device securely in place, protecting it from scratches and sliding during use. The versatile design accommodates various portable computers, tablets, and books.

Suitable for

Office work and remote working setups
Home desk organization and study spaces
Traveling and mobile professional use
Supporting tablets and reading books

When it may not be suitable

This stand may not be suitable for oversized portable computers exceeding the recommended maximum screen size of 15.6 inches or heavier heavy-duty workstations that require a fixed, heavy base. Users who prefer a permanent desktop setup without the need for portability might find lightweight folding stands less rigid than heavy stationary alternatives.

Key specifications

Product type: Laptop stand
Material: Aluminium
Colour: Dark Grey
Dimensions: 181 mm width, 250 mm depth, 120 mm height
Compatibility: Laptops up to 15.6 inches (39.6 cm), tablets, and books
Ergonomics: 6 adjustable viewing positions
Design features: Foldable, lightweight, open structure for heat dissipation, non-slip rubber pads

How to use

Unfold the stand from its compact travel form and place it on a flat, stable surface. Adjust the support bracket to one of the six available viewing angles depending on your preferred height and posture requirements. Carefully place your laptop, tablet, or book onto the platform, ensuring it rests securely against the non-slip pads. Adjust the positioning as needed to achieve an ergonomic viewing height and optimal airflow.

What to consider before purchase

Check your device screen size and weight to ensure compatibility with 15.6-inch stands
Evaluate your ergonomic needs regarding the six available height adjustment levels
Consider your need for a portable folding stand versus a fixed desktop riser

Usage recommendations

For optimal posture and device performance, place the ACT Foldable Laptop Stand on a stable desk surface, adjust the angle to align the top of your screen with your eye level, and ensure the open aluminium structure remains unobstructed to maintain effective heat dissipation.
