ACT AK5373 Powercord C14 to C21 IEC60320 2.5 m Black 250V 10A

The ACT AK5373 powercord features an IEC60320 C14 coupler and an IEC60320 C21 coupler, offering a reliable cable length of 2.5 meters. Designed for secure power connection between compatible electronic devices, this black power cable supports an input voltage of 250V and an input current of 10A. It is engineered to meet the demanding power supply needs of professional IT setups and server environments.

Advantages

This power cord provides a durable and secure connection for heavy-duty equipment. The integrated C21 connector is notable for its high temperature resistance up to 155 degrees Celsius, making it exceptionally reliable in environments where thermal performance is critical. With a conductor cross-section of 1 mm², the cable ensures stable power delivery while maintaining flexibility across its 2.5-meter span.

Suitable for

• Connecting servers from major brands like HP and Cisco
• Powering network switches in professional IT racks
• Heavy-duty equipment power supply needs in data centers

This power cable may not be suitable for standard household appliances or devices that require different connector types, such as C13 or standard wall plugs, as it specifically bridges an IEC C14 source to an IEC C21 device inlet.

How to use

To use the ACT powercord, ensure that your power source or PDU features a compatible C14 outlet and that your electronic device or server is equipped with a C21 inlet. Insert the straight male C14 coupler firmly into the power source, and then connect the straight female C21 coupler securely into the device inlet. Verify that the voltage and current requirements of your hardware match the 250V and 10A specifications of the cable before powering on the equipment.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your existing equipment uses C14 and C21 connections
• Check that the 2.5-meter length is sufficient for your cable routing requirements
• Ensure your equipment power draw does not exceed the 10A maximum load

Usage recommendations: Regularly inspect the cable for any signs of physical wear or damage, and ensure that connectors are fully seated to maintain a stable electrical connection in professional server racks.
