The ACT IEC Lock power cable is a 1 m red IEC power cord with a dual-locking C14 connector on the PDU side and a high-temperature C15 connector on the equipment side. It is rated for 10 A at 250 V and is designed to prevent accidental disconnection of power to IT and AV equipment, servers and rack devices that use a C15 inlet.

How to use

Insert the IEC C15 connector into the device inlet and the dual-locking IEC C14 connector into the PDU or mains inlet. Engage the locking mechanism by pushing the connectors until they click; the C14 locks at top and side while the C15 provides a secure, heat-resistant connection. No tools or changes to the PDU are required. To disconnect, release the locking catches according to the connector’s release method and withdraw the cable.
