No larger than a USB stick, this reader supports ISO 7816 Class A, B, and C cards (5 V, 3 V, 1.8 V), microprocessor cards using T=0 and T=1 protocols, and a variety of memory cards including Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) and SIPRNET Card. The USB Type-C connector provides reversible insertion and backward compatibility while enabling integration with computers and mobile devices.
